ex libris bookplateLogo Design Contest

My son is building his library and is very academic. I want to give him an ex libris bookplate and plan to have it printed for this purpose

green, black, red. Not fussy though

I would like to print a bookplate for my 15 year old son. I am really open to ideas. The deer is the symbol of the Rae (Ray) family and that would be nice to incorporate. I want the latin motto In Omnia Promptus to feature and ex libris and Marcus A Ray too. Check the examples below. I am not fussed about colour or black-white etc.
P.S. he is half czech and really identifies with his czech heritage. Any sneaky czech symbolism may win. Not essential. I'm really not too fussy but something attractive please
