The property is located at 1445 Parkway Avenue, Ewing, NJ. The 80+ acre site was developed for industrial use in 1937, and during World War II, Avenger Bombers were built at the site to support the U.S. Navy. The redevelopment of this property will create a Town Center along Parkway Avenue that consists of 109,102 SF of retail space, 12,600 SF of LIVE/WORK space, 32,000 SF of Self Storage Facility, and 1,182 apartment units with a club house, a town green and other recreational amenities.
