Dear ContestHolder, before you make a final decision please think about how your new identity (logo) will be seen and printed on various identity items, website, business cards, etc. How it will be readable in small dimensions, wether it will be possible to make an app icon or favicon, emblem, the outside office signage, etc.. How the gonna look in black/white/inverted colors, on different backgrounds. Please check my all concepts submitted again: https://logotournament.com/contests/evolving-electronics/by/eximius They are clean and simple. Memorable. In spite the fact that I, as a experienced designer, doesn't see a relation between computational mainframes/computers, electronics and DNA-stands I provided you some examples you wanted. You can find among my proposals different good ideas with the reference to your industry you represent. Anyway, thank you for the contest! Please keep in mind that only top5 rated designers are able to submit or provide you with revisions during the finalist stage. So if you want me to perform corrections or try different colors please let me know that and keep me in top5. Thanks again!
Hello. Any comments to the recently submitted designs? I provided you with various hi-quality entries. It would be great to hear some feedback from you. Thank you.
I like it very much. Clean, simple and rhymes with the industry (computers, computations, electronics, a bit reminds a DNA).
Easy to use with various colors and backgrounds, including engravings and embroidery (think apparel, caps, t-shirts, flags, etc). Good in black/white, inverted, outlined.
Please check out #676. I like it very much. Clean, simple and rhymes with the industry (computers, computations, electronics, a bit reminds a DNA).
Regarding your inspirational graphics. I can't see a connection between light bulb (a reference to the electric), gears (mechanics) and computational machines/mainframes, electronics. Moreover, this concept is WAY overused. So I keep posting the design which from my experience will work for your industry and will be understandable and memorable for the audience.
Thank you.
Of course. But you will need a black and white version also (think about various corporate identity items, including engraving and embroidery). Basically logo needs to be evaluated in black/white mode first and than colors should be added. Old school approach.
BTW, please reconsider #475. It's quite nice icon for your business. Reflects agility, electronics theme, security, processing. Colors could be altered according to your needs.
I can't really imagine how to visualize this particular design with the DNA strand actually :) I think this particular design self-sufficient and communicates the audience what exactly company does.. Anyways, I'll try but not guaranteed.
I like this one very much because of how it plays with the microchips. Now if I could just see versions of this that utilize the DNA strand, or evolution of some sort, you might just have a winner...
