Thank you. I like the outline around the logo and the lines in the circle section. But I think it would look better without the distressed look.

This is the first in this version. will try some more in this morning.

you may need to use both of them in different situations. for example: use the flat version for cutting stickers, embroidered Hat & polo shirt, stamp etc. And use the 3d polished version in screen like website/apps, tv, or in printing applications like catalogue, brochures banner, etc.
