Thanks for your clarification. Regarding image #40, I still don't see the hand images: inside, outside.

It is a very cool looking logo, but I'm not sure it best depicts "Everyone is Welcome!"

I see that #130 and #131 have dots that depict different size heads/people, but it looks like a chart for a color-blind test. Many people would not connect your design to diversity, unfortunately.
