Logo Designer
Hi! Here are some hints for getting the most out of your contest as it progresses:

~~ Rank designs daily -- this will encourage participation.
~~ Rank and re-rank a variety of designs to get a variety of new entries.
~~ Ranking gets your contest noticed! Unless your contest is private, 1st place entries are posted to the portfolio page: https://logotournament.com/portfolio
~~ Ranking designs daily will also keep your contest from getting cluttered.
~~ The more feedback you provide, the better results you are going to see.
~~ Designers are not offended by "Not Interested"
~~ Over-use of "Not Interested" discourages participation.
~~ Ranking is a non-monetary means of showing appreciation for designers hard work.
~~ Designers earn points for designs ranked in the top 10. We like to earn points.

~~ NOTE: While in JUDGING mode, the designer ranked in 1st can still submit revisions.

More detailed information on how to get the most out of your contest can be found here:

In entry #5 I'd like to see the graphic to the left and the text to the right. I'm not sure I like the use of the "e" as a logo, I don't think I want the graphic to be that connected to the name of the company. Now that I see a gray-scale approach next to ones with color I have to admit I like the blue (or at least one color against a gray-scale). I also like the simplicity of the overall logo without the "technology...hidden". Besides, tag lines tend to change and I'm not positive this one will stick around.

In entry #10 I really like the color combination and balance between the size of the graphic and the text. I'm fairly convinced about the orientation of graphic on left and text to right. I would like to see the graphic in #10 rotated 45 degrees clockwise. Perhaps the same with #12.

In entry #8 I am beginning to like the "e" as a graphic in the overall logo. I would like to see the text in a gray tone rather then the blue. I also like a bolder font.

Entry #9, please read the previous comments about preferences. I'd be curious to see the bands of the globe with more space between them to the left and then converge as they do to the right.

There's definitely a pattern developing that I think I like. I would really like to see something in the graphic other then a sphere/globe or the letter "e". I'm pretty much set on the blue/green/gray color scheme and I'm strongly leaning towards the bolder font.

I like the scale of the graphic in entries #18 and #19 but I'm a little concerned they look like the Windows logo. In #19 I like the gray text instead of the matching color. I really like entry #23 as a new take on the graphic and the yellow color is surprising me as something I like. I want to make sure it'll show up well on a white background and in the sun (on my van). Entry #17 is interesting but I'm not into the graphic. Thank you for the rotation in entry #14 but I like the original more. I don't think I'm into the "e" logo in entries #20, #29, #26, #28, #27, and #30. In entry #21 i don't like the black background. My van is white and I don't want to print a black background on all of our paperwork.

Overall, very happy with the effort everyone - thanks!

I feel the need to break this into to segments: the graphic and the font. My rankings most accurately reflect my favorite graphics. My top 4 fonts, most first: #42, #31, #3, #38.

I really like the color combination in the graphic of #42 but would like to see it the same size but a little more separated from the text OR a bit smaller in the same position. #40 and #41 are really good but I don't think I like the circle border around the graphic. #44 graphic is appealing to me but I don't like the font. #38 is heading in a nice direction but I'd like to see it with the "technology...hidden" removed.

Back to #23, I like the color scheme but the graphic should be larger.

For #1, try putting more space between the graphic and the text, maybe two or three times as much.

Thank you again to all of you who have been submitting and revising entries - great stuff! Here's where I am with my preferences:

- no letter "e" graphics
- colors in the graphic (favorite first): blue, certain yellow/orange, aqua green
- text: gray-scale and #50 has to be my favorite balance of boldness and overall width/size
- #50 is also my favorite for overall scale, the spacing between the graphic and text, and the balance between size of graphic and size of text

Keep them coming, I'll be sure to check in often during the last 30 hours to rank and offer comments.

Since we're down to the last couple hours I'm only going to comment on the entries I've ranked in my top 10. Again, thanks to everyone for submitting so many great ideas.

#103 - Please make the font a little more gray, I feel it over powers the graphic (the font in #50 is good).
#50 - Can't think of anything to change.
#132 - I figured you were holding a few ideas until the end. Enlarge the text about 20% and make it just a little darker.
#134 - Do the same with the text, a little darker and bigger.
#133 - Same as above.
#102 - Looks pretty much the same as #103 except inverted. Nice work, no changes needed.
#141 - I like the concept but I'm not sure there's anything I can suggest to move it up the list.
# 136 - Add a little more space between the graphic and the text. Also, move the graphic down just slightly.
#143 - I really like this one. I'm curious how others make changes to theirs. I don't see this moving into my final top 3 but I can see it possibly moving up without any changes.
#113 - Really like what you're doing here. If you can, make the background white. Also, add some space between the graphic and the text. I can see this moving into my top 5 with these changes.

Good luck everyone, I'll keep checking in.
