I like the graphic but it doesn't communicate our message well.

I'm still looking for something a bit more. I really like this but would like to see it with more depth/dimension to it. Not color changes per se. Or if you could maybe give me a description of how you see the mark communicating our company. How does it stand for character, catalytic, stability, etc?

I am consistent with your main idea:
# 1 - Foundations, Pillars, Support, Modern Interpretation of Columns
# 2 - Architectural style, moving upward
# 3 - Catalyst, Transformational, movement

I create this ideas based on "Foundation (Ethos)" i reflected as circle.
and the line moving upward with architectural style is Factor the catalytic elements that add up to your desired outcome (goals, income, lifestyle).

I like this. Can you give it a more solid foundation? Perhaps something like the bottom of a modernized roman column?

Need this mark to have a bit more depth to it. Something giving it a deeper sense of movement.
