Abstract buildings are ok. Not really interested in skylines.

You could play with brooklyn bridge & skyscraper/townhouse imagery.
I may just want simple text.

Brooklyn Bridge

The site is 80% Manhattan 20% Brooklyn - so can't only have Brooklyn imagery.

I may just be happy with text and no imagery.

#2's font might be a little too modern (especially the es).. can you give me brighter colors?

#7 keyhole is too big for that being a door :)

Client
key hole in #9 is too small to see what it is - if that is a keyhole :)

I like #8 because its simple and cheerful. I like the idea of #6 but its a little dark and modern.. I like where its going though with the doors.

Client
#10 can you make it a little more pronounced that its a keyhole. Just a bigger angle between the circle and triangle.

Client
#16 I like how you reversed the E. This market doesn't have houses so much its more buildings and townhouses so I'm hesitant to go with a slanted roof.. I do like it.

In general I don't like maroon. Its too dark / moody.

#17 on the door - I think a circle is better - its too small to see that its a keyhole. Just looks blurry.

#17, #16, #10 & #8 are all great.

I prefer less boxy text. I love how #10 reversed the e.

All good work. thanks!

#19 is cool - needs to be a little more bold I would say. A little more oomph.

Client
etatse is the word estate backwards so reversing that last e is cool. especially if it has nice symmetry in your design.

#22 can you reverse the final e? curious what that looks like

Client
#19 Id love to see the last e reversed

Client
#18 I think the keyhole should be in the a to keep the symmetry.

Client
You can put the words "MANHATTAN | BROOKLYN" small below the logo.

#22 loving it.

#31 I think is a little too feminine

Client
#33 I don't think you need the keyhole and the doors and the reverse e. A little too much going on. I would either have the keyhole or reverse the e but not both.

The reason I like #45 is because its bright/cheery and it feels like Google. ebay 2.0 but it feels like its own brand and not like I am exactly like Google or ebay.. The two ts forming a house is cute. Again I am not big on houses (because this area is high-rises and town homes) but I think it works because a house is still symbolic of real estate if its not taken literally.

#47 I like it but it doesn't really convey urban New York City.

Client
#44 feels to much like ebay. Not sure I like the letters overlapping.

Client
what about the just text with a smile symbol (like amazon but not done in the same way...

Client
#57 and #66 the reason I like them is because it resembles a happy face. I still like the key / house symbolism so don't give up on that. Great work everyone!

New York is known at "the big apple" - you could try putting an apple in your design. No one has attempted a bridge yet symbolizing the Brooklyn bridge. Just some more ideas for you guys. A bridge on its own wont do as this site is more focused on Manhattan.

The designs don't have to be multi colored. I just wanted something cheerful/upbeat in general.

Client
With all of your designs can you try to add a house, building, door or key element so we know the subject matter is real estate.

obviously don't copy exactly but this has an icon of a townhouse and the brooklyn bridge to give you an idea. I like how brooklyn is written in script like that..

More subway icons

The L (grey) train goes to Brooklyn
G light (green) train goes to Brooklyn
4,5,6 (green), N,R (yellow), 13
A,C,E (Blue)
You could just use the circles - don't have to put the #s or letters in

What about wrapping the letters on the side of an abstract building? A little like this logo..

obviously don't want something that looks too much like their logo.
