thank you for the invitation. here is an adaptation of the logo. The symbol is a sporty icon that also resembles the E. The icon is gender neutral, representing movement, agility, strength. the font use is a slab serif to have that "athletic" appeal.

ENTRY 3: The e and a are connected to create the icon. representing support, networking or helping each other; the shapes has movement to represent fitness, motion, exercise.
