thanks for the updates.
I still feel that "ESL" is not visible enough, it should be the most important item on the logo. Maybe make it even bigger then "play". Also maybe use white color since it increases the visibility.

Sorry, I missed the top 5 phase to submit a revision with the white ESL. We could certainly tweak things around if you chose this design.
