Many thanks for the png file! It looks good on a business card on monitor. But when I print, the grey color of the font for especially the '.com' and also for the lines and 'Extraordinary Vacations' is a little light. It is very hard to see the '.com'. Perhaps we need to use a darker grey for that text.
:) I have seen it now, maybe my sister open my computer seen the message and forgot to tell me regarding my inbox. Thanks very much for the message. By the way before anything else i will send you your PNG request for testing.
Oh, and 'direct message' might not be the right name. It's the messages that can be accessed from the top right of the screen on LT, right next to your login name.
Hi.. i haven't receive your direct message. Ok i can send you JPEG of 339 and even PNG on a transparent background, is the PGrosser@Cogeco.ca is your email? I will make your request now!!.. :) Thanks!!
Many thanks! I think I like this one better. On #354 the line seems to disappear. Now I just need to decide between #355 and #339!!
I also sent you a direct message on LT. I wonder if you received that note?? I was hoping you could send a quick draft jpg of #339 so that I can test how it will look on a business card?? The logo will be small and I want to be sure we can still see all the details. PGrosser@Cogeco.ca
Hi.. its ok just keep your time :) .. i know the nature of your business so i understand. Ok i think i get what you mean, i always use that kind of line to have it luxury feel and always use it in some serious business like law firm, jewellers, luxury hotel and others.
Ok i will make it now and hope this is what you mean. :)
Sorry this is taking so long to finalize! I have been traveling the past few days, and leave again tmrw evening, so I am hoping to wrap this up tomorrow.
Would it be possible to try one additional version where the lines before and after 'Extraordinary Vacations' are a little bit 'fatter' in the middle (ie. they start off thin, get thicker, then become thin again). Hard to describe - I'm sure there is an official term for that kind of line ;-)
Some people did suggest a very minor change to try to have the line fade to green faster so that more green is seen. Not sure if that is better or not??
Perfect! Many thanks for your advice. We will go with this version #338.
Thanks again for all your help!
Everyone really likes your design. And I think it will look really good on a black background to make the colors 'pop'. Also white text with colored stripe and bird on black will look very nice!!
Hi, i go for this!, i think this one more balance . The only advantage of #337 for me is that the logo is "as is" or i may say intact wither you need the .com or not. If you need the .com in other purposes you will just put it on without adjusting the "extraordinary vacation" :) .. but anyways you can get both files from me. its just a minor things regarding adjustments. My final say is im #338 though :)
Many thanks for trying but I think my idea was bad! Looks better with 2 lines like #328. Only possibility is to add .com vertically like here to #328??
Oh .. wait ... I wanted to try one more easy thing! In the version with .com, what if the Extraordinary Vacations started on the left in line with Escapism, and then the line to the end. With the bird and .com on the right this might provide nice balance. Not sure. What do you think??
Hi. thanks for clarification i now get what you mean. Here is now without the .com and i make sure this that it was centered. Many many thanks again ^_^
Thank you - and sorry for the confusion!! I meant so that the lines on each side or "Extraordinary Vacations" are the same length. In #322 they are a little different. The space between the 2 lines of text was ok in #322. So like #326 but without .com :-)
I got confused in the word "centered"? :) does this mean move a little bit closer the "extraordinary vacation" to the business name Escapism like what i did here in entry #327 ? :) please let me know if i get your point .. many thanks
Hi thanks for liking my work :) .. Sorry for few mistake i will work on it right away. Im glad that they are very observant, i didnt noticed. Many many thanks again.
Hi. This one i try the color blue to purple but this time i did not put the lime green at the middle like i did on entry #317 because it really causes dark if lime green and purple combined since they are contrast to each other.
Good morning! (Afternoon for you!) Great job!! I very much like #316 and #317. I like the line going to purple, but in the fade there is a dark piece between green and purple (from the fading) that is distracting I think.
The bird is now very nice and looks like flying. One idea I have is to switch the wings so that the yellow-orange is the sun??
Hi, good morning! i try a purple wing that is connected to the body to tell that this side of a wing is in front while the blue and lime green is the wing at the otherside. However the sun element is only in a half. :) .. (waiting for comment)
One more comment ... the body of the bird looks like it is still sitting although it is flying. Can you see if you can change the bird shape a little to look more like it is in flight - and also soaring up? A lot of comments I got from the survey like the logo to reflect 'uplifting' so this might help. Many thanks again!!
OK!! I REALLY LIKE THIS ONE!! It allows the name to become more prominent! Wonder how it would look with a green line, or maybe fading from blue to green, using the same blue and greens you are using. But I need to shut down now as it is after midnight so will connect again in a few hours. Thanks!!
I make another concept that the bird is escaping from a hole in "A" .. i attempted to make the "A" a window but this one is more simple but nice. Please feedback and thanks.
Hi, this one i put birds feet so the image now is far from fish or banana or a leaf in the first look :) .. Any feedback is very much appreciated. Many Thanks again
Thanks! that sounds great, it makes logo interesting when elements are subtle :) .. The color i use for blue is RGB 0,175,239,, i am now back to work and im working on the birds head what i could do. Many thanks again.
I am getting a lot of positive feedback on your logo! Great job!! Two suggestions have come up: 1. Perhaps the bird head can also be purple - some are thinking at first it is a leaf or a fish until they look closer! I like the 2 colors so maybe also try just removing the space between the head and body??? Or maybe you have other better ideas! 2. A less fancy font for the 'Extraordinary Vacations" as it is bit hard to see unless the logo is larger.
Many thanks also. Its around 2:30 am so ill take my rest with satisfaction that i have made all the necessary revision for now on your logo. If you have suggestion please kindly message only and ill reply back soonest. God Bless..
alright!!, #298 and #299 bird is facing the company name. Then this entry #298 font was adjusted a little bit bolder. Text is also updated to 255,153,0 .. Sorry for the wrong orange hex :) ...Also thanks for liking my entry and being on rank 2 at the moment .. close enough, i will do my best. many thanks again
One other item - the orange is looking a little brown'ish. Is that 255/153/0?? If so, maybe we can try something like 255/130/67. I am looking for a more glowing sunset orange, if that makes any sense ... :-)
I much prefer this one from lighter to orange!! This is great! Can the bird face the other way?? That way we get a nice transition from orange to blue to blue to orange!!
Hi, This is my try on the wings. the difference between #291 and this is that the orange here in #291 is from lighter to orange, i try only if you also like it. Thanks
I do like this better!! Can we try one more version where the bird's wings are in flight rather than sitting?? I don't want to destroy the 'sun' element but just trying to give more 'motion' - i.e. 'escaping' ...!
i arrange the wings so it will look more neat and clean. A combination of sun and a bird wings. PLease let me know how it looks now. Many many thanks again for liking my last try :) ...
Yes sure! actually this is a very abstract bird where you cant even see it if you are not very observant and imaginative. This is a combination of a sun and bird. Let see what i can do on my next revision. Thanks again.
Many thanks! I like this colored one but others are preferring the gray text. Can you perhaps send me this one too with the same changes you would make to #270 if the bird can 'fly' a little??
Hi, This is my last try :) hope it get your attention . If you have any changes in all my work please let me know ill be glad to revised right away! Good luck and God Bless!!
Hello! I am just realizing that I should incorporate the future web site "EscapismTravel.com", so would like to also incorporate ".com" somewhere in the text, but very discretely! Many thanks!
Hi, would like to submit my last concept however, my best ranking is now rank 6 so i cant upload my layout. Hope you let me upload my last concept, thanks again many
On the other hand, if you need just an icon on some purposes, this will be your icon which is related to the layout i have submitted, And also if you need just the full name you can use the layout i have submitted. Thanks again
Hi.. Do this look balance now? (escapism and travel) Please let me know or should we adjust more? Im looking it good regarding escapism and travel. Many thanks
Many thanks! This is the best version so far! The Orange looks a little different that what I have been working with. I am trying to use these colors: Turquoise 10, 175, 238, Purple 228, 0, 230, Green 0, 200, 130, Orange 255, 153, 0. Many Thanks!
Thanks!! I think I like this combination best! Is there a way to make the 'Travel' more bold and to use a sans serif font? Also would be nice to also include a sun like #147.
Hi.. sorry, i have found out that i have upload a wrong file. They are too light, i will upload the correct file just a moment maybe after 5mins. thanks.
Many thanks for the new versions! Yes i very much prefer this one over #72, and I think this is my favorite of all the new versions you submitted, but I am going to have to think overnight to be sure!! Thanks!
I really like this concept! Thanks for submitting! Can we use some of the colors I listed in the outline to make this more vibrant and 'pop' a lot more? It needs to be a bit more colorful to grab attention and have a more 'tropical' feel. Looking forward to seeing the new versions!

They did notice that the line at 'Extraordinary Vacations' is longer on right than left! And missing '.com' ;-)

This way maybe the bird can be centered more over the word "Travel" like in #310
