It is 0, 156, 211 RGB color.
The top "leaf" has slightly different blue. If I make it the same color as the text, it doesn't fit with the rest of colors of the icon. All colors of the icon are perfect harmony. I hope you understand what I mean :)

I agree! The ".com" does destroy the look the of the logo.
I can assure you that no matter how to put the ".com" in the logo, it won't look better than without it. - I will keep coming up with more alternative however.
So what I would suggest is to have two version of the logo, one version with ".com" and one version without it. Both versions will be available in the final files.

Is it possible to see the old icon with the new text?

Also I am just realizing that I should incorporate the future web site EscapismTravel.com, so would like to also incorporate ".com" somewhere, but very discretely!

The simplified icon carries the same idea - creative combination of lock and palm tree.
The font is also simplified, making it more modern, while still being luxury and high class looking.

Note: You will be able to use the icon separately from the text as well. So it is perfectly capable to stand out in various environments, such as app icon, favicon, on t-shirts, or even as animation.

What if we made the graphic multicolor using the palette of colors I mentioned earlier? I also like the faded/transition look of #196 . I think the text is very elegant and luxe, so maybe the graphic can be very vibrant with tropical color to contrast??

I really like the font and text layout.

Can we try it with some other colors too? Some that I have been using are: Turquoise 10, 175, 238, Purple 228, 0, 230, Green 0, 200, 130, Orange 255, 153, 0.
