What We Do
We are trying to brand the littleneck clams (small, briny shellfish) that we import from our harvesters in New Zealand (hence the 'NZ'.) The target audience will be wholesalers in the fish market and chefs who cook with seafood. The goal is to create awareness for a premium product and subtly reference the sourve of said product.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
It should really be all about the font and the style, as it will most likely always appear above additional logos and taglines (see attached file). But you can work with waves, the New Zealand fernmark, or outlines of a clam shell, or even the shape of the country of New Zealand itself, as "ENZEE" stands for New Zealand.
