I like your use of the 3D shapes and how they suptly form both an E, and a W - the initials of the business name! Great idea! And, I like how it looks like a contemporary building or art piece, which hints at the engineering background, without overdoing it. Good balance! Very effective! I also like the use of grey (or silver) here. That works really well. Actualy, gold, silver, (or chrome) would all work well.
Your idea is unique here! Great! I really appreciate that! The idea to make a symbol and use it for both the E and W is really cool. Some other company logos are done like that, and it totally works.
Something that might work a bit better for me is if you could tweak the text a bit, and make the 'wealth' word stand out more than the 'engineered' word.
And, I'd like to see what else you can come up with? Do you have more unique creative ideas?
