I like your use of the 3D shapes (like bar charts, almost) and how they suptly form both a capital E, and a capital W - the initials of the business name! Great idea! And, the blocks make me think of building blocks, which hints at the engineering background. Cool, and not over-emphasizing the engineered part.
#21 looks a bit like a gear that's got one sprocked stretched, so now it looks like a growing, blooming flower. Is that what you were going for? Interesting idea, but I'm not sure if other people would get it, the way I do.
Can you tweak this a bit, and make the text darker, and more clear. Possibly a sans-serif font would be better.
Thank you for your feedback. The idea of #21 is to compile a tree (a symbol of growth and wealth) look like a gear with a screw shape (represent a tight control) in the center. I try to make the tree look more clearly here on my update work. Hope you like it, thank you.
