I like the coaching, mentoring, training on the bottom. Could we see a version with just Empower Agile, stacked like in the original design, with coaching removed? Leave coaching, mentoring, training underneath.
I like the concept with the stair-steps and the arrow, the person seems a little bit busy. Maybe make it look not like a star? I like that it's a fun image, maybe just a little bit more modern and professional. Remain gender-neutral.
