Thanks for your hard work, we are nearing the end of the competition. Could you do us a last favour?
Please use the design of 56 and use the initial E and complete with Employee, then
the next line Of The Month, baseline should stay. And please put in bold the Employee, the O, the T and the M?

Thanks again very much. Only 5 hours left. Entry 85 is good, I might have not expressed myself well, actually I would love that we keep the little guy on the E of your initial logo and design it as: Employee (line 1 with the little guy on the E - as you did initially)
Of the Month (next line)

So we wouldn't have both eotm and Employee of the Month but only Employee
Of the Month

Is that doable?

Can you suggest two new logos please:
a) Entry 75, can you please make it blue and have only "Employee" on the first line and "of the month" on the second line? Please keep the baseline as it is.
b) entry 88, could you kindly try to add the little man on the first E of employee and not on the O as it is now? If you make this initial E more round I guess this would be doable? Also on the same logo, could you please add "of the month" between two lines, as ------- Of the Month ------ and put in bold the E of employee, the O of Of, the T of The and the M of Month. For the line, can you please refer to the logo 50 for example?

Thanks. Could you kindly make consistent E for the logo 110, so make the last 2 EE, the same than the first one. And maybe then adapt the policy for the other letters. Also add a dot at the end of "Not Quality."
For logo 97, could you kindly add the . after "not quality" and also try with a darker blue for "employee".

For logo 56, can you kindly write EOTM in capital letters -as on logo- 97, then add a line between employee of the month as follows: ------ Employee of the Month ----- and the baseline at the end. Could you make sure the line between 3employee of the month" is central and not at the bottom?

Could you kindly:
1. Use entry 97 and:
a) use the colour Pantone 289 C (it is a very dark blue) for the words "employee" and "we cut costs. not quality."
b) Add a point at the end of "quality."
c) make the line for -----of the month----- in the middle, not at the bottom (you did it right on entry 121).

2. Create another logo -based on entry 97- with the entire logo in colour Pantone 289.

If we keep entry 97 and add the lines in the middle between ----employee of the month---- and not at the bottom, add a point after Quaity. And finally use the same colour used for "employee" for the baseline.
I would like to compare 127 and one like 97 but with exactly the same lay out. Does that make sense?
So 97 but: line in the middle for "of the month", same colour than EMPLOYEE used for the baseline and add the dot.

This is our final change, we just want to make sure we are using the right blue nuance.

The one for 127 looks great. Let's see how the other blue looks like when the logo is identical.

Sorry misunderstanding...
Please use 132 and add the baseline in the same blue than the word "employee", nothing else should change, only same blue than "employee" for the 132, so we keep 2 colours: Employee and the baseline in same colour and "of the month" and the little man in the same colour.

Is that clearer?

Sorry use 129 not 132, the policy of the baseline is much more clear. And just change the blue of the baseline on 129 to match "employee".

so you mean the baseline here is the two line at the bottom (the two line on left side and right side)
of the text "of the month" so it is same color to the employee text, am i right?

or the text of tagline "we cut cost, not quality" i should match with the "employee" text color

yes indeed, apologies a "baseline" is "we cut costs. not quality". This is what is called a baseline, it is the line below the logo.
