Nice work...can you modify this a bit and do a few different ones:
#1 Increase the size of "Group" and make it as bold as Empire Mortgage
#2 Box in the word Group with the same Gold underline
ie: Start gold line under word Empire drop it down to underline Group and then bring it back up to finish the word Mortgage

In Number 60 can you reduce the size of the word EMPIRE
and make the Mortgage Group in a finer font and maybe a bit smaller
