In general, I'd like to see some marks that are a little less settled and more organic. Influenced by nature, for example, by the human fingerprint, perhaps.

How can the mark say Transformation or Change a bit more? How can it say
Own the change?

To telegraph "Own the transformation," sometimes I think a fist grasping a lightning bolt would be more like it.

Or a finger touching off ripples in water.
