We like the colors in this but wouldn't mind seeing other color concepts.

We like the icon concept you provided, we think it will work well at the smaller sizes we need it for.

We don't care for the wave E in the word mark so much, but it might be growing on us (We don't want to rule it out just yet, it helps tie the word mark to the icon). Also the font combination used in the word mark doesn't seem to fit together. The fonts by themselves may not be out of the question but something about the combo seems off.

Overall it is a nice entry, we would like to attempt to get the word mark and icon to tie together a bit more if possible. This isn't a high priority just something to keep in mind if you submit another.

A couple revisions, we still like the design:

1.) Can you change the green so it isn't so "neon" looking
2.) Can you work on the E in Emo, we don't like that as much
3.) we don't mind a gradient on the icon but there seems to be a dark green line in the middle under the eyes, can you take that out.
4.) We wouldn't mind a variation of the faces in the icon, perhaps a sideways smile : ) in the square, we would lose the wave but it would be more obvious what the concept is.
5.) Maybe tie that concept into the word mark somehow

Thanks!

I think this is a great improvement over my original version.

Colors and the font are much better!

The faces also have more expression with the half circles on the sad/angry one we like that but might still go with the simple approach because of the small size, we will be discussing this.

Same with the tapered wave. we like it better initially but aren't sure if we want to go with the simple same width stroke.

We will be discussing and keep you updated. Thanks so much!

Can you try using the old eyes and old wave line with the uniform thickness on your new logo, the squinty eyes are too detailed and the tapered wave looks a little to refined.

Also maybe try breaking the smile and frown apart, I know the wave gets lost but most people who have seen the logo haven't noticed they are faces.

Thanks!
