Here is my proposals for your logo. The medical cross sign is built from separate colors, reflecting community. The icon can perfectly be used as stand alone icon to represent your business and for branding purposes.

These are great logos! I love that they represent community. We need to embroider our logo so we would need it to be more simple. Love the font.
