grafixsphere and creativesouldesign are on the right track. Both of these look great and are in the desired color scheme and style. Number 1 and 2 are neck and neck at this time.

These are looking good. I need all of you to remember that the logo, excluding the background, must take up as much of a 320 x 100 space as possible for maximum visability on the website. The winning logo will need to be as large as can fit into the 320 x 100 space at high resolution and I will need to be able to obtain the source file for alternative sizing and reverse coloring for stationairy and such.

oleolog - on your submission #8 - I'm liking your idea a lot with the shadowed building with the "E". Would you be willing to move the building image under the word "Emerald" using the E in the building as the first letter of the word - making the logo more horizontal.

finalists are doing very well. the top 10 designs are great. this is going to be a tough and close contest.

the winner must be able to provide the 320 X 100 graphic design in Adobe Illustrator .AI format for practical use by us.
