yes the colors around the rim are switched from green in the middle and black on the outside to green on the outside and black in the middle

#9 - I like the idea, as it connects with our heritage nicely (The staff flag is a skull & crossbones) -- but the execution is a little cheesy. Can it be classier somehow?
