Hello JeanRo:
I took a look at your brief, and the image you linked to (thanks for that), and got a good feel for what might work best. The script/handwritten approach is a little unconventional; it's not too formal, but it's not too casual either. It has a feeling of being elegant and personal, all at the same time. Basically, I didn't want your typeface to wind up resembling a wedding invitation (too formal) or too casual (as with the logo you linked to; it's quite informal).
I've also included a crown, to indicate that your company is **the best** and will give your clientele the "royal treatment"....everyone is a princess (or a prince!). And they deserve to be treated as such! :) It says that your clients will be treated like royalty.
I took a look at the colors mentioned in your brief, and wound up giving you two versions with the colors mentioned, and also a version that has no color (so you can see the structure, and perhaps be able to visualize what it would look like with other colors if you wish). Black and white versions of logos are standard practice for Designers, as they are demonstrating the structure of the logo itself (and what it will look like in a fax, for example....when color isn't what holds a design together). It shows off the "sturdiness" of a logo design.
I'll be playing with other colors in later uploads; for now, I'd love to hear what you think of the logo design I submitted (if you like the font, if you like the crown, etc. -- and if you don't like something, what that reason is). And please, by all means -- I'm happy to hear **any** thoughts. Even if there is something you don't like about the design. Feedback helps us take the next step, and get you the logo design you really want. :)
Have a great night!
Regards,
Jennifer
