Hey you are definitely talented but none of these work 100%. Please can you try a design with 2 tones of the same colour. can you some how integrate the design into the word Element or make it a little more interactive. We will be using the word Element alot in isolation so it needs to stand out without logo or other words next to it.
My favourite is #90. I like that is a little more abstract than the others. They all look like telecoms or internet provider companies as opposed to digital marketing companies.

Hey, maybe I wasn't clear enough. two tones of the same colour means - a lighter and darker version of one colour.

The ball doesn't work as we have asked for something more integrated (part of/integrates/is behind) with the word - element - We are looking for an abstract design that symbolises the word element, not necessarily elementS. We are looking for a simple, classy, light and abstract design.

Keep going, as I like everything you do - it just doesn't resemble the companies activities yet.

102 has become our favourite so far. Please can you try it with a slightly thinner text, and have some variations of this. Maybe try this with 4 colours.
