We are doing this Logo Tournament to develop a sub brand for Real Estate Ventures. We want to keep the existing Eldon Pass logo as-is for the main brand.
****MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND PRIOR INSTRUCTIONS****

So the design work, will be around adding a complimentary (or keep the same) font. Maybe adding a splash of color or design element. Figuring where to place the sub-brand relative to the main brand. Sizing and coloring the sub-brand relative to the main brand, etc.

I have also attached a BAD example of a sub brand logo design. See front page. We would want YOUR logo to be used on a piece like this and replace this existing logo sub-brand logo.
