At first I didn't like this design. The "scales of justice" struck me as a little to cliched. But then you changed the color and now I'm rethinking this. I see also that you've got the Caduceus image in there as well. I like this, but maybe it's a little too subtle for the average potential client? ... The more i look at this, the more I like it.
Merging the "Scales of Justice" with the Caduceus lets your potential clients know exactly what your law firm is all about. The use of the common E & S doesn't say... "representing people injured by the malpractice or negligence of doctors, hospitals and pharmaceutical companies." it makes Eiselein & Grubbs look like every other Attorney at law out there. I would think if your paying $600 for a logo your going to want something with a concept behind it. Anyone can put the E & G together, I did a couple for you and it took me 30 sec. and it has no meaning behind it. Well, that is my 2 cents... good luck and if you have any feed back to give on something you would like to see with a concept, please feel free to send it my way.
