What We Do
We hire out rooms and support local businesses, charities and voluntary groups who are in turn trying to serve the community.

Color Preferences
Primary colours please, no pinks or purples.
This is a rural agricultural area, so I would probably lean more towards shades of blue and green; navy, royal blue, green, vintage/English heritage green.
You could also consider using red for Wales if appropriate but this is completely optional and not intended to sway your design.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
There are probably two main concepts that could be used in relation to what we do:
1. Using the building itself as part of the logo. Whilst it is not a pretty building, it is unique in the architecture of Denbigh and it is what we use to serve the community here. One of the reasons for 'rebranding' is that 20 years ago the building was an elderly people's day care centre and many people think it is still that today! So in one sense, it would be helpful to promote the 'building' and make it clear what goes on here.
2. Including the community and town that we are trying to serve as part of the logo. Denbigh has a beautiful skyline, with a historic castle (photos attached). It is proud to be Welsh and rural.
IMPORTANT: One of the challenges with our logo is designing something that can be used bilingually in Welsh and English. The full wording for the centre would be 'Canolfan Gymunedol Eirianfa Community Centre'. 'Canolfan Gymunedol' is the welsh translation for 'Community Centre'. Therefore, I would suggest two possible options:
1. That the logo only contains the word EIRIANFA and we then put the rest of the wording around the logo when using it. So for example, on the attached photo of our building, the logo with the word EIRIANFA would go on the white section above the front door and then we would put 'Canolfan Gymunedol' on the brick work above the window on one side and 'Community Centre' on the other side. Same for a website or printing . However, if possible, with this option, we would be very grateful for some direction on the font/style of the extra wording so that it fits in with the logo.
2. If you do have an idea of how to fit all the wording into the logo, then please feel free to give it a go!
