As the CH said, they only train the best and put them in the centre. I have done this with my logo by taking the best (Albert Einstein) and putting him in the centre of a star. The CH also said that they wanted stars around Einstein which I did. Finally, I made it fairly obvious that it was Albert Einstein by taking his most distuinguised features like his hair and moustache.
