I like entry #23. Can you make the back image a folder? I like the graphic. The front image represents a physician's tablet input, but can you try changing the back image to be more like a file folder with a tab or multiple tabs doing down the side. (that's how physician charts are with multiple tabs down the side.) Also what does it look like with the text to the right like Entry #22? That way it will be more horizontal than vertical.
