Nice entries, thanks! I like #48 best but the current snake in a blue/green apple doesn't quite convey the look I'm going for yet. The apple/snake has negative religious connotations (specifically, temptation) that make is unsuitable for our medical logo. Can you come up with a logo that is more towards the 'online healthcare'? Our brief has some suggestions that may help guide you.
The font and text for #48 are almost perfect and the only minor change I'd suggest is for a slightly thicker font for training. Otherwise you're able to keep it unchanged and simply work on the logo. I'll also mention that the blue/green colour scheme is very professional if you'd like to use it again for the next version of the logo.
