Awesome work dude. My feedback:

#31 A favourite... the ranking is just an initial one I will move it up once I have time to sort out all the feedback. For this logo only:

1) The apple/heart shape is unclear to me... could it be reshaped to be all apple or all heart? I would prefer apple.

2) The e is very stylish.. if you were to turn the two curves just a little to make it more e-like that would be a definite improvement

3) Needs to be eHealth Training with the e and more spacing between the two words. I'd prefer a font more like the other highly-ranked entires if possible too

Logo #27 is too generic for us. Needs to be more 'online health'.

Logo #29 is still a bit generic but a more 'online health'. The person as the medical stick is good but that version doesn't differentiate the company enough yet.
