Some very good designs thus far, but the overall theme is a bit too traditional/stiff. Please feel free to be a bit more creative and risky. Maybe the "I" is a different color or the middle part of the "E" is a different color or both. Can the three letters be blended creatively? Let's explore adding a third color to the theme (orange, green, gold, etc.).

Added 3 logo examples with circles & checkmarks.... but, we still want ESI as the acronym and the company name Educational Services, Inc in the logo. And, keeping with blue/gray colors, but could add a touch of green
