My alternative of design.

Thanks so much - love the colors in 30. I'm wondering if the fish could be a little more abstact AND resemble the fish body of the Oranda. I'm also wondering if the red or orange could be subtly put on for the cap. Is there a font lettering you can find that is more rounded? I'm trying to capture the 'essence' of the fish without it obviously being a fish. Hope that makes sense. Love the movement in this example. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

#37 - Nice!!!! Do you have any other abstract variations of this to submit that would keep the vibrancy, motion, abstractness? Is there an artistic reason the submissions are staying away from including purple?

Client
Hey - #37 is still my favorite. Love the colors. The only reason I mentioned purple was that I was curious about what 37 would look like with one of the 'swishes' or 'fins' purple. Sorry if my last comments sent you in another direction. For the variations, I was curious about similar shapes with vibrancy, motion and abstractness. THANK YOU so much for playing! Keep submitting!

Hi Again - wanted to keep you in up to date:

I'm just so enthusiastic about this. It is my first logo. After speakng with a friend, she suggested I steer the contest back to the name of the organization which is "Oranda TLC". I also will need an emblem with Oranda Certification for the teachers and schools that go through my certification process. Chicken or the egg? Which one comes first? So, as a winner of the contest, I'll have some additional work! :)

THANK YOU!

If it makes sense artistically to spell out TLC as Teaching Learning Certification DO IT! Kudos to you for being so responsive to my comments!

Oh, one more thing, can you put the letters closure together? THANK YOU!

So very happy to wake up to your additional submissions! And, glad to see you're getting feedback from your peers! #37 symbol is still my favorite symbol. What fun to play with adding the colors to the words! #85 is my favorite color combination for the various colors in the words. I am hoping to also see:

1) #37 #85 #86 fish with the words in one color
2) Shall we try lower case letters?
3) Shall we try it with dots between Teaching Learning Certification
4) Shall we try it with "TLC" instead

Dapc79 I'm so thrilled with this work. It is so elegant! Thank you so much for playing and keep communicating.

Dear Dapc79 - Thank you so much for all the variations. WOW!

Your orininal concept in #37 remains my favorite, with the letters in black and below in grey.
Can we go back to that with "Oranda" in black - with the letters closer together and
with the Teaching Learning Certification in grey with dots between the words?

I am open if you need to play around with position, spacing of the words, change in font. I am attracted to clean, rounded letters, even lower case!

I also like #84. How would that look with the suggestions for color above?

Many thanks!

Excellent work! My new favorites are #120 and #118 for the symbol over the words.
#113, 114 and 115 are getting there. Here is my feedback:

1) Are you able to play with the words "Oranda Teaching Learning Certification" so they are in the same design space as in #37?

AND

2) While you are playing, can you wrap "Oranda" on top of and "Teaching Learning Certification" on bottom of the symbol in subtle grey?

Thank you so much! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

A few other other thoughts:

3) In #118 can you make the black less bold to look more like #37?

4) And can you edit #85, #118 and #120 so that there are dots in the center between the words "Teaching Learning Certification" but not after "Certificaiton"?

THANKS again -

These too are great! Almost there!

1) Without changing anything else, please try aligning both the name, "Oranda" on top and the "Teaching Learning and Certification" on the bottom as you have aligned your bottom line in #37?

2) Please put the dots in the center between the words?

THANK you so very much! Can't wait! Any other ideas, bring them on!

Fantastic! Thanks for sharing your favorites with me! Are you able to move the words up so they are closer to the symbol in #147 and #148?

and provide another example for #147 where the black letters are less bold as they seem to be in #146?

Thank you! Thank you so much!

Hi Ruth, here are my other alternatives

Client
Nice efforts again! WOW! Let me try to explain what I have in my mind's eye....

Let's take #168..
1) delete the words that are on the right
2) delete the grey circle around the symbol
3) add and wrap in grey "Oranda" on the top of the symbol so that it forms an arch or 1/2 circle over the symbol
4) add and wrap in grey "Certified" on the bottom of the symbol so that it forms a 1/2 circle under the symbol
5) arrange the letters that wrap around the symbol so that they form the circle around the symbol
6) center this new image

I am imagining the words in grey acting like a boarder around the symbol.
Thanks much!

Client
I have such an imagination! I can tell you do too!

Ideas: I like the word "Oranda" in #30. In the design #30 using the symbol in #151, can you make the word "certificated" fit under the "Oranda" style in #30??

AND another thought: can you use the symbol in #151 and below it in small grey letters write "Oranda" and under that "Certified" also in grey?

Kudos to you for all your creative entries. You are very talented indeed!

Client
Also in #151 and #152, can you move the symbol closer to the words AND move the words slightly to the right so that they eye thinks it is centered?

Thank you for being so responsive to my 'ideas'. I appreciate all your work and understanding that I am a layperson and communicating the best I can!

Keep up the AWESOME work!

Thank you so much!

Can I see #193 with "Oranda" in grey
#192 NICE!
Can I see #194 with smaller letters

AND
I like the word "Oranda" in #30. In the design #30 using the symbol in #151, can you make the word "certificated" fit under the "Oranda" style in #30 with all words in grey

Again, great work! I love your work!

I appreciate all the tweeks and variations.

For #200, are there other ways that you, the artist, would wrap the words around the symbol in an artistic way?

AND, off all your entries, what is your favorite for

a) my business card
b) the emblem for schools and teachers that earn it??

THANKS so much! So very impressed with all!

Hey - this is a great lay out. Can you try it with "Oranda Certified" as is and another with "Oranda" in black?

Wonderful! Thanks -

#204 again...

Can you try it with "Oranda Certified" instead of Oranda Certificated?

Thanks for your patience with me!

Hello Again - I have re-ranked and have some questions.

1) Can you try #115 with grey dots in between like in #147?
2) 202 and 203 are so similar, can you explain the differences, as well?

Goodnight and THANKS -

Hello Again - I'd like to see #402 and #204 with the word "Certified"

AND, can you give me one example of #192 with the words "Teaching" "Learning" and "Certification" in different colors?

Many thanks!

"Engage! Empower! Evolve!"

into any of your examples?

These are FABULOUS! Thank you so much for taking the time to show me all the variations and your creativity.

I'm wondering what the #402 lay out could look like with the top words "Oranda TLC" with the bottom words "Engage Empower Evolve" with either centered dots or "!" between/after?

What is your favorite circle emblem? Do you see it any other way?

THANKS so much!!
