Hey - nice work! For 73 here is my feedback:
1) Make the fish 'more elegant'
2) Make the boarder and words smaller
3) Try another color other than blue for the color surrounding 'Teaching Learning and Certification"

For 72 and 71:
1) Play with the fish for something more elegant

Nice entry! Very fun! Are you able to make the fish look even more abstract so it only hints at being a fish?
