I like #5 a lot. I think the cap fits the theme well and I like the style overall. One thought to try and see how it looks could be to connect the "E" in Edge to the right side of the graduation cap. So basically, the left side of the "E" is connected to the right side of the cap so it looks connected. Not sure how that will look, but it could be interesting.
