Just asking: Why the first "E" in red? What's the idea? try with all the letters in dark red.

to put these letters on in the emblem. (But I'm afraid it wouldn't work so well.)

I see this red arrow on the seconfd "D". What do you think, should the first "D" also have one red arrow?
Or maybe a long arrow behind the all letters. Just working on this direction.

#40: I think the last arrow on the "E" is too much. Can you delete it?

#65: Please try making the four Red stripes like #67. Maintain the red color.

#74: I love this one! a big head in the middle, centered. Delete the black stripes around please.

about the #28, with illustrator, you will be able to copy (from the version with the emblem) and paste in a new file only the words so you do not need to have two version of the logo (since is not possible 'cause you will chose only one).

i think is the best way to have the word over the emblem for a bigger size
