@cranberryblue - I like your designs - #3 to #7. Can you please place the designs on solid white or black backgrounds. I like the green gradient, but it's hard to evaluate the visual impact of the logo on that background.

Thanks for all of the submissions so far.

Can someone explain to me why designers withdraw their designs? I'm sure it has something to do with ratings or something, but I don't understand it.
Thanks.

designers remove entries for a number of reasons,
some of them are very valid, such as;
to prevent conflict with other designers who feel they have been copied, they made a genuine mistake (spelling error, didn't have the logo in the center of the canvas etc)

other reasons can include:
dont feel that they got ranked high enough (i dont understand what people think to acheive by this but it does happen)
they might have found another contest that fits the design better and withdraw from here to enter it in the other contest

there are other reasons but those are the main ones =)

it doesn't actually have anything to do with rankings, the more designs we have ranked in a contest the more points we get so withdrawing them has the opposite effect in that regard

@ Bugy : Hai, nice to know u. since I just sign up i want to ask..Is it right are work must be created in a vector program such as Adobe Illustrator, and the final files MUST be delivered in .EPS format. Photoshop is not for logos and. How about with CorelDraw? Can we do it with corelDraw? Thanks

Hi SkyStar, you can send a private message via his user profile (https://logotournament.com/logodesigners/bugy).

I think any program is fine, as long as it's vector and you deliver the final product in eps format.

Dear CH,

This post was used on a different competition to highlight discipline of the LT (previously posted by Dazzle - Moderator for LT)

How are you doing ? hope you are doing great. As this contest is about to come to an end, and you will be chosing the best new logo for your company, i just wanted to have your attention to some important point that you might be aware of or might not. I hope i am not miss understood by pointing out this to you and that you understand.

When the contest ends and you have made your mind and desicion about the winner logo, the winner gets the 1st place, but the 2nd and 3rd place and going on forward, 4th, 5th, 6th , etc , each one or slot should be filled with a seperate designer and different concept you found second best, third best to follow etc.

This helps towards us designers ranking and also it is a way from you to show your appreciation to the hard effort and trails put from the beginning by one designer or appreciating a nice design concept put earlier by a designer that led to developing on right direction for others and you getting the best you could at the end.

It feels frasturating for other designers and pointless of giving all the top rankings for same winner designer, while those were just a small variations of the winning design and therefore the other places 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc are not filled with different designs from a different designer.

So i hope you understood my point i was just trying to point out to you here and all the best of luck in chosing your winner logo, there are really good ones out there.
