Designed the "2" into the swing path and ball-flight path. The simplicity of the player will translate easily for embroidery on shirts, hats, etc. or any print reproduction.
Displaying a "1-2-3" method, playing off the business name "easy2golf" (easy as 1-2-3). Created a basic 3 step swing pattern: backswing, downswing/impact, follow-through, keeping the angle of the implied club (long edge of motion swoosh) at correct angles at each of the three stages (I'm a 6 handicap). Images also give the impression of a ball rolling.
Same as previous logo - colors revised & outer border widened. From a golf standpoint regarding re-production on golf apparel/embroidery, this logo will work great. Made sure not to incorporate any shading/fading/gradation or small details. Shading & tiny/small details do not transfer over to embroidery very well (20 years experience in print/embroidery). Just an FYI!
Simplified my previous submission and made the 3 circles into one, showing a continuous "swoosh" for the golf swing. Added a circle to represent the head of the golfer (where 90% of the game is played). Kept the colors to white, green (darker) and gray.
Continued to work with the "swoosh"-style follow-through or club path within the circle. Displaying the swingpath within the circle is one of the most basic training or lesson aids in golf. Any golf teacher that uses video for lessons will show the golfer's swing inside of a circle. The circle is then dissected vertically and horizontally (like cross-hairs) so the golfer can view the basic planes, swing center and center of gravity of his/her swing.
