Hi Don! Thanks for welcome!

I like these. Its got that industrial look we are going for. I can't decide if I like the rounded or squared badge better, but I like this concept. I also like the screws. I'd be interested to see it with the font emphasis switched from Industries to East Side.

I'm not sure about the script font....I like it in the tagline, but maybe not in East Side.

We are looking to place this logo on hats, tshirts, etc with the surf crowd. They like stuff that is a little edgy, but authentic.

Is there a difference between #44 and #45?

I like the concept of putting "industry" between the Es. There will be many times where we use this logo without the tagline and badge , so the wording and its immediate elements need to be interesting. I"m not sure about the font though. But I don't know what else to try.

Yes, #45 has the tagline in a ribbon shape rather than just a rectangle.
I'll work on some more designs when I get back to my design computer later on tonight.
Thanks,
Don

ah, of course. Too much looking at these logos.

Also, I posted this comment on the main page, but not certain if everyone gets a notice of that comment. Seems as if the owner is looking for a different type of industry. Something a little softer I think. He's not abandoning this concept completely, but wants to see a different approach to compare. I may see about bumping up the prize though because this could involve more work. I've updated the Pinterest page with examples.
