Some additional comments in case u haven't gone through all the updates:

- going back and forth right now between a logo with graphic (playful logo but not too swirly or busy) and one without (more elegant logo, clean for older and more serious clients)
- You got the right colors
- looking for some sort of subtle graphic on E or G (again, not too busy or big) as it must be suitable for a watermark
- like your subtle graphic on E but more drawn to the butterfly; OPEN to other ' earthy' ideas and fonts

Thanks for latest logo! Great idea but not too fond of the font. Also the circle/earth would be distracting as watermark.

I prefer a softer font like 145 or similar to the other entries

Could you try to to place the little guy on the 'g', maybe sitting down, or somehow incorporated into the 'g'

I wouldn't mind trying a slightly bigger version but not by too much
