We like entries 20 and 21 the best. We'd think "Watershed" is more important than "Eagle River." Our tag line is now going to be "advocates for our rivers" if you want to try to fit that in (not necessary). We think entry 20 would look better with bluer blues (not aqua) and yellow sky/sun rays to set off the blues and greens. We prefer the type face of #21 but could go with an even more rustic type face like #1 has.
We have a mountain here called Mt. Holy Cross which has the suggestion of a (white) cross at an angle (2:00 to 7:00) made from the snowfall. One of our Board members wondered if you could lightly etch in the cross on one of the mountains.
We still really like your #21 and #22 entries, but would like to lose the aqua and maybe go for stronger blues and greens - and add some yellow in the skies. You are definitely in the running. The type style in #21 is good. Actually the colors in the entry which is currently in first place are great - if you want to steal some of them.
