Logo should be bold and vibrant, but no neon colors

The logo should definitely include the letter E and number 3. We don't want it to be too simple though, it should still intrigue and grasp the attention of the targeted audience. We think of our non-profit as "opening the doors to success" so the logo should definitely be interesting and captivating.
