This is great. I like the geometric shapes making up the bird.

the meaning that I tried to convey:
community, neighborhood, relationship, collective, connected together.
at the same time strong flexible and complete.

Like the font/typesetting. Can the circles become something with meaning? I would like the logo to be something that could be viewed and recognized without the words.
