Our Ideas & Additional Information
We are looking for a remarkable logo that will stand alone amongst all the other food/restaurant logos. It can be abstract or refined, dynamic or conservative, but must be unique in some way. We've had some amazing submissions so far. Now we'd like to switch gears a bit. Disregard the below parameters and and try us. We're open to it all.
We really like the logo design of the Au Pied de Cochon Canard En Conserve can design style as inspiration. We like how the letters are set up and how the black/white lettering appears. [http://www.followmefoodie.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/Pied-de-Cochon-2.jpg] But we're open to variation. For the lettering itself we'd like to use something similar to the typeface here. [http://originaldave77.files.wordpress.com/2012/08/duck-season-color-2012.png]. It is evocative of the Looney Tunes 'Duck Season' cartoon.
Starting from the bottom, we'd like to see a silhouette of a labrador (dog) and foliage [https://www.etsy.com/listing/178587295/window-decal-duck-hunter?ref=market]. Above that, the 'Duck Season' lettering. Above the 'Duck Season' lettering, a flock of ducks that the dog is eyeing (also in silhouette). [https://www.etsy.com/listing/205699404/duck-wall-decal-set-mallard-ducks-flying?ref=market].
Specifications for silhouettes: omit the hunter; we are open to different configurations of the ducks above the logo.
[Flock of ducks]
'Duck Season'
[Dog/foliage]
Do NOT use any guns or bloodletting.
The orientation of logo should be suitable for a rectangular sign.
