My business is a personalised service where I typically go into a clients business and work on a day to day basis with their staff. This enables my company to help identify and solve their problems and enable knowledge transfer.

I work hard to create a positive energetic environment, a "we can do it" attitude/energy and actively encourage people to think how can we do things better!

I like the use of colour in the designs to date. The way in which the slogan, acronym and company name are being incorporated into designs is great; and the look that some designs are creating ie the creation of an energy and the sense of "ideas being formulated" is exciting to see thank you all.

In my business I deal with all levels of people in organisations form senior management to graduates. I bring people together from all disciplines in teams to identify the problem, and to get them to think (dream) about how things should / could be and what this end point might look like. We then brain storm how to get there and then develop a road map to get there.
