Hi, here's my 1st proposal. I have a question, do you need a cartoon character for your logo? I just want to make sure of it before I start to work the character of Dr. Cozy. If you need a cartoon character, could you describe it?
This icon with the wrench is interesting, but it is similar to other logos in our industry -- but we like the way you put things together.
Our leadership is interested in a cartoon character or "mascot" yes. The mascot would need to appeal to the targeted audience described earlier -- professional, family oriented, but it doesn't have to be human -- it could be a thermometer in a white coat, or a house in a white coat, or it could simply be a face over the top of Dr. Cozy. Does that help? I will see if I can post a picture of our owner in the uploads section -- please look there.
#5: I think it looks great -- but let's see where we move forward. I'm going to want to have the tag line in a font I can change -- to perhaps sometimes have it just be "We Do Make House Calls" or in other times, change it to the division name, like "Heating & Cooling" or "Pressure Washing" or "Home Automation" -- so can the placement of the Name "Dr. Cozy" fit the Character such that I can add the tag line without interruption? Also, i would REALLY like the tag line to be in a font that is common -- so that I can easily swap it out -- a color is fine, as long as I can easily pick out the pantone numbers. :)
Thanks -- I think it looks really like something the board is going to like.....
Thanks! I'm glad that you like it. For the tagline, you don't have to worry about it. I can make sure that you can easily change it whenever you want. Okay, I'll try another version with your directions. Thanks for the feedback! I'll be back soon!
Here's the revised version. I changed the text 'Dr. Cozy' with uppercase since if we using lowercase text, the letter 'y' will distract the tagline. For the tagline, I'm using calibri which is a standar font
Hi, if there's anything more I can do for you? I've made 3 cartoon mascot for you, and I'll be glad to hear your feedbacks. Just feel free to ask me anything you want for the logo and I'll do the best I could.
#22 - Aryo -- we are really really liking your entries. I talked with my CEO this morning -- and I've opened the contest up to some of our Leadership team to gather their feedback. The thermometer is really great -- and there were two questions they'd like -- the tip on the top of the thermometer -- can you reduce or eliminate that? Also, can the face of the thermometer have a little more realism? Not "detail" but realism?
For the entry 22 (the house) -- could he have a stethescope around the house's neck area?
So far, Dean (our CEO) likes the writing of your entry #7, for the word Cozy.
I know that we can work on details like that, and I don't want to bog you down, but I'd like to get my team all on the same artwork or at least the same artist :)
Here's the house mascot. I've tried to put a stethoscope but it doesn't work good. Since the house mascot is don't have a body actually (it's a one big face with two hands), so the it looks more like a belt than a stethoscope. So I added glasses to give the doctor looks. I hope it helps.

#38 We are choosing #38 (thermometer with glasses)--but can you give us each element in the logo by itself AND together?
1. Thermometer 'character' 2. Dr. Cozy 'text' - flat (red) and gradient (red and blue) 3. We Make House Calls 'tag line' 4. Heating and Cooling 'division line' 5. Whole thing without the Heating and Cooling 'division line' - with the "Dr. Cozy" in the gradient and flat.
Can I have these as .png and .jpg format? I really want to ensure the .png is transparent. i also want as high a resolution as you can give me.
i'm going to close the contest now. Thank you so much, and I'm looking forward to using these designs ASAP. :)
