Retain star graphic or use similar. Title ("Dr") not easily distinguished. Font doesn't communicate Luxury/Elite/Modern/Sleek.

I like the star graphic in #3 by Santino. Hanging plaques are too old fashioned and font too Art Deco. Color too dull.
