I stuck with vintage-inspired fonts with a minimal, single color design so that you could easily color it for varied label use.I'm actively involved in homebrewing, so I love entering contests like this! Thanks for your time & consdideration.cheersjosh 11 years ago downtube Client Thanks Josh. Really like how much you were able to bring to the table with such a simple design. Definitely a concept we're thinking about keeping around for the next round. If we think of any tweaks or mods for it we'll send them your way. Cheers! 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer will do - thanks! 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer #53Here's a variation with more color.thanksjosh 11 years ago downtube Client Just collaborated with my partner and we both really love your design with #49. The electrified malt in the bulb is something we both think can be the true symbol for our brewery. Was wondering if you could send over another variation of a simple logo like that, especially with the electrified light bulb. We're definitely moving you in for the next round. Cheers! 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer Thanks! I'll try and have more options in the next round :) 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer #100 / #101 / #102 / #103 / #104 / #105Hey guys - here's a revision focusing on the electrified bulb/malt. #101 shows how it could be stripped down to a single color "mini-logo" for smaller-branded items - caps, neck labels, sign-offs on ads, etc.If there are any revisions you'd like to see, new colors, etc. just let me know.thanks againjosh 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer hahahahaha - I just read the comments about the agro crag. I forgot all about that show! 11 years ago downtube Client hahaha - I thought that would motivate a bit.you're spot on with the idea for an identifiable logo, that's what we're driving for. The colors are great too, there are a lot of combos available.#43 and #101 have some room (where the 'D' is in 101) that could have the electric malt hitting a hop bud. Think that would look good? 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer :)Yeah - a hop cone could probably fit in there! That'd be cool. When you list the brews internally (so on a site, a tap list, etc.), I could see using the #100 format (bulb in the background with the banner), and putting the brew name instead of "Downtube" - another way to extend the marketing, you know? What are you flagship brews going to be? 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer #108 / #109revisions with the hop cone :) 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer I'm assuming you meant #49 (rather than #43) in your previous comment right? 11 years ago downtube Client Excellent! Hop cone looks awesome! We were talking and could you make it just a tiny bit smaller and flip the cone up the other way? Just getting some variants to it. 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer #110 / #111Here you go - is that what you meant, turning it upside down? If not, I can fix it tomorrow morning. Just let me know. Thanks!josh 11 years ago downtube Client Yup, that's it - just wanted to see how it looked, and I like it. A bit smaller is good too. Thanks! 11 years ago Josh Logo Designer cool - looking at it this morning, it does fit the shape really well. Good call!If there's anything else you'd like to see, just let me know :)cheersjosh 11 years ago
