I love the clean and crisp feel of these designs. They capture the classic and historic feel of our downtown market. Really like the color sceme in #5

Hi Tere, Would you be able to remove the background box color on #24? I'd like to see what just the fruit and frame look like. Thanks!

Sure... I'll do that...in about 15 minutes I should have it uploaded

I gave you a couple of other colors to choose from...I used more earth tones but any colors may be used including black easily...

Let me know if you need anything...I will check back later...
Have a great day!!

Alright, we are definitely going with one of your designs. I love the look and feel of the artistic/sketch like graphic. One suggestion that was made to me by the market committee...because of our cooler climate we are more of a vegetable market vs. fruits. Do you have any vegetable graphics? Examples: carrots, lettuce, onions, peas, asparagus, artichokes, garlic. Or even peppers or tomatoes (we sell a ton of these). Thank you for the time you've put into this. I'm really looking forward to the finished product. Great job!

I do have some and can illustrate any 2 combination you like...
Maybe the pepper/tomatoe since the square format will support those shapes...if there are 2 you want to see specifically let me know...I'm going to work on this for you..
Thank you!

Wow, this is tough. You're right about the square supporting the shapes of the peppers and tomatoes. Visually it's more pleasing than the lettuce and carrot. despite the committees comments on growing more veggies over fruit, I love the look of the apple and pear combo in #26. Give me another day to think about it. I'll get back to you soon.

I'm not sure how all this works... would it be possible to get one with the frame and one without? Here's my thought... I like 26 & 32 both with #26's graphic. Is this a possibility? If not, i totally understand, but i figure it never hurts to ask.

After the contest ends all additional variations of that logo will be submitted through email to you once you approve the first two files that are uploaded through LT - the eps and jpeg files...

I hope this helps..it can be confusing sometimes...
Thank you!

Sounds good. Would you mind putting a frame around the graphic in #26? I think that's the last change.

I meet with a few folks from the Market committee and they are a little worried about the logo is too simple... looks like clip art, not sure if it will stand off a background very well. Would it be possible to turn #26 into a badge of some sort? Or better yet this one would look really cool done in a vintage "postmark" stamp style like this http://www.restorationhardware.com/catalog/product/product.jsp?productId=prod440009

We are trying to find something that will look great on a t-shirt and canvas bag.

IMO...It seems to line up perfectly with your expectations on printing tshirts and bags etc....The purpose of simplcity is to gain immediate recognition and long term retention....as far as seeing it as clip art...I guarantee, it is original and can't be found in any clip art.

to anchor and unify it you may want to go back to the color like in #23 or #24 with one color on everything
But I did contain this in a border on #38 as you requested. It started off as more complex in #28

One thing for certain in all my years of design as with anything subjective, everyone has their own reasoning and viewpoint...and because of this, it is often hard to find a concensus

Thank you

Thanks Tere. I hope i didn't offend you. I'm trying to please everyone involved and it's tough.

Oh No! This doesn't offend me...I'm thankful that you are one of few CHs that give input...

I just was feeling you were needing to please everyone. That's hard to do sometimes...
The link you provided will be a completely different logo though and will take a little time....Just let me know what you need.
Thank you!!
